1. How do I measure my nails?

If you have a flexible measuring tape, you can simply use it to measure your nails from left to right at the widest point of your nail.
Without a measuring tape:
To measure your nails, you can simply use Scotch tape. Place it over your nails and mark both sides where the skin meets the nail with a pen. Remove the tape and stick it flat on a smooth surface. Now simply measure the distance in millimeters with a ruler and write it down.
It is best to repeat this for each of your 10 nails, as it sometimes happens that you have different nail sizes on the right and left.

2. How do I apply Press On Nails?

As with almost everything in life, preparation is everything!
1. Use a rosewood stick or cuticle pusher to gently push back your cuticles and remove any dry, dead skin from your nail plate.
2. Use a file or buffer to mattify the surface of your natural nail. Please be careful not to file too much. Just go over it very lightly until the shine is gone from the nails.
3. Now remove all dust, oils, and other impurities from your natural nail with an alcohol swab.
No matter which adhesive variant you have chosen, the process is pretty much the same. First, apply the adhesive of your choice to either the artificial or the natural nail, whichever you feel more comfortable with. Then, bring the artificial nail at an angle to your cuticle line and then lower it forward at an angle. Apply pressure to the center of the nail and to the sides for a few seconds. If possible, make sure no bubbles have formed.
Wait at least 1 hour before washing your hands to allow the adhesive to fully cure.

3. How do I remove Press On Nails?

To remove Press On Nails gently without damaging your natural nail, you only need a few tools that you surely have at home:
- a bowl large enough for your hands to fit in
- Warm water
- a few drops of liquid soap or dish soap
- oil (any oil, olive oil, baby oil, etc.)
- wooden sticks (e.g., from the accessory set)
Mix the warm water with soap/dish soap and the oil of your choice in the bowl and soak your fingernails for 10-15 minutes. Then carefully insert the wooden stick between the artificial nail and the natural nail to separate them. If the Press On Nails do not come off easily, repeat the steps and then it should work :)
Lightly file over any adhesive residue on your natural nail to remove it.
And now you are ready for a fresh set of Press On Nails :)

4. How do I clean Press On Nails?

If you take good care of your set of Press On Nails, you can reuse them up to 4 times.*yay* For this, it is important that you free the nails from adhesive residues and other impurities after removal. For this, use a small file or a buffer and carefully file over the adhesive residues. You can also get a cheap electric file for this; with the small attachments, you can easily reach all the places where the adhesive is. However, please make sure to do this only on the lowest setting of the file to avoid damaging the Press On Nails.
After you have filed everything off, you can then remove all impurities and filing dust with an alcohol swab.
That's how easy it is to care for your Press On Nails :)
