As with almost everything in life, preparation is everything!
1. Use a rosewood stick or cuticle pusher to gently push back your cuticles and remove dry, dead skin from your nail plate.
2. Mattify the surface of your natural nail with a file or buffer. Please make sure not to file too much. Just a light touch until the shine is gone from the nails.
3. Now remove all dust, oils and other impurities from your natural nail with an alcohol swab.
No matter which adhesive variant you have chosen, the process is pretty much the same. First, apply your adhesive of choice to either the artificial or natural nail, however you feel more comfortable. Then apply the artificial nail angled towards your cuticle line and let it lower forward at an angle. Apply pressure to the center of the nail and to the sides for a few seconds. If possible, make sure no bubbles have formed.
Wait at least 1 hour before washing your hands to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
